ELEMENTALS P – Phosphate – Fauna Marin

Fauna Marin Elementals P is a product designed to address phosphate deficiencies in reef aquariums. Phosphate is a crucial nutrient for coral growth and overall reef health, but it needs to be maintained within a certain range to prevent issues like algae overgrowth.

This solution is a high-purity phosphate solution, meaning it provides a concentrated source of phosphate that can be easily added to the aquarium water. The recommended dosing is 1 ml per 100 liters of water, which will increase the phosphate content by approximately 0.01 mg/L. However, it’s important not to exceed a maximum daily dose of increasing the phosphate content by 0.02 mg/L to avoid over-dosing, which could lead to algae blooms and other issues.

As with other additives, it’s crucial to keep the product tightly closed after opening to prevent evaporation and contamination. Storing it in a dark place at room temperature helps maintain its stability and effectiveness.

Regular monitoring of phosphate levels, along with other water parameters, is recommended to ensure that the aquarium environment remains balanced and conducive to the health of the reef inhabitants.

Product intended for aquarium use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Not for consumption or suitable for pet food. If the solution gets into eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
